Drinks and refreshments
Please provide still and sparkling water, coffee, tea, and a small selection of soft drinks in the dressing room from arrival until departure.
Dressing room
A clean, private dressing room for the group is appreciated, with seating, mirrors, nearby restrooms, and access from approximately 90 minutes before showtime.
Parking and load-in / load-out
Please reserve a nearby loading area and practical parking for at least one vehicle during load-in, show time, and load-out.
Guest list and complimentary tickets
If applicable, we kindly request a small guest list and agreed complimentary tickets. Final names can be shared with production in advance.
