Tell the nGage team what is broken, what would help, or what you are wondering — from any page, without leaving your workflow. Your submissions and replies live under Tools → Feedback; the team can mark items on the public roadmap when they plan work.
Submitting feedback
Click the message-circle icon in the top header (next to Help). Choose a type — Bug, Improvement, Feature request, Question, Ticket, or Other — optionally add a short Title, write your message, optionally attach a screenshot (PNG, JPG, or WebP, max 5 MB), and Send. If you leave the title empty, the first line of your message is used as the title. The current page and area are recorded automatically so support knows where you were.
Check Email me when there are replies or status updates if you want mail when someone answers or when the item is Resolved or Closed; that choice applies only to this submission.
You can submit up to ten items per day.
Your feedback list
Tools → Feedback shows everything you sent: type, area, preview, status, reply count, and last update. Click a row for the full text, screenshots, thread of replies, and a box to add your own follow-up.
Status moves from New through Open or Waiting while work is in progress, then Resolved or Closed. An On roadmap badge means the item is scheduled in a public plan.
When something goes wrong
Send button does nothing — fill in type and message, keep the screenshot under 5 MB, and retry after a network blip.
No email updates — you only get mail if you ticked the notify checkbox when submitting; it cannot be turned on later for that item.
Email support
You can also reach the team at support@ngage.band. Messages to that address are imported into the same feedback backlog the team sees in admin (Tools → Feedback → admin). If you use the same email as your nGage login, the item is linked to your account. If not, it appears under Email (no account) in the admin filter; the team still sees your sender address and can reply by email from support@ngage.band.
Admin: support inbox
On Feedback (Admin), use Check mail now to poll the support mailbox immediately. New messages are imported as feedback items (same rules as the automatic check every five minutes). A summary shows how many were imported, skipped, or failed. The list refreshes when new items were imported.
Admin: public roadmap
Use Roadmap (from Feedback admin) to manage what appears on the marketing website.
- On a feedback item, set a Roadmap status (Backlog, Planned, In progress, or Done).
- Open Roadmap: items are listed vertically. Drag the handle to change order.
- Click the edit icon to set the public Title, Public summary, target date (e.g. Q3 2025), and tick Show on website when it should appear on ngage.band.
- Use Mark done when a feature ships.
Roadmap text on the website is always stored in English; other languages are translated automatically when visitors use ?lang= on the embed.
Website embed (WordPress)
Under Roadmap → Website embed, add your site origin (e.g. https://ngage.band, one per line, no trailing slash). Copy the script tag onto your WordPress page:
<script src="https://app.ngage.band/feedback/roadmap/embed.js"></script>
Add ?lang=nl on the script URL for Dutch labels and titles. The embed shows a vertical timeline: completed work above a Now line (scroll up to see history), the current In progress item highlighted at the top, and upcoming items below in your chosen order.
