Keep venues, bookers, festivals, and agencies in one place — contact details, follow-up reminders, links between contacts, gigs, newsletter signups, and targeted bulk mail when you need to reach many relations at once.

Contacts

Add a relation with name, company, type (venue, booker, festival, or agency), email, phone, address, and notes. The list search box filters by name, company, or email as you type. Open a row for the detail page: contact fields, reminders, linked gigs, newsletter lists, linked relations, and mail history when present.

Edit and Delete sit on the detail page. Deleting removes reminders and logged mail for that contact. If Add Relation is missing, your band lead has not given you edit rights. Your plan may cap total relations per band — at the limit, create is blocked until you remove unused contacts.

Reminders

On a relation's detail page, Add Reminder sets a Remind me from date and a short description. Active reminders (date reached, still pending) show with a red badge; future ones are scheduled in blue; completed ones fade to green with Done. Mark done with the checkmark or delete with the trash icon.

Pending reminders whose date has passed also appear on the band dashboard widget — open the relation or mark done from there.

Linked relations and gigs

Linked Relations connects two existing contacts (booker ↔ venue, for example). Link Relation searches the band's list; New + Link creates a fresh contact and links it immediately. The link shows on both detail pages; the X on a linked row removes only the link, not either contact.

Create Gig on the detail page opens a gig form with the relation attached; the Gigs section lists every gig tied to this contact with a link through.

Newsletter signups

When Newsletters is installed and the relation has an email, Add to List on the detail page subscribes them to one of your lists. The Newsletters block shows current lists for that address.

Bulk mail to relations

Select relations on the list (checkboxes), then start a bulk campaign — compose subject and body with placeholder tags such as {naam}, {bedrijf}, and {email} that fill per recipient. Continue to a review screen, then send; mail goes out through the band SMTP configured under Relations → Settings (or Band preferences). Track progress under Relations → Bulk email campaigns; Send queue now forces the next batch without waiting for the scheduler. After a campaign finishes, Mail non-responsive targets recipients who did not react, and you can mark individual queue rows as reacted from the campaign detail.

Optional reminder date on compose creates a band reminder when the campaign sends — useful for booking follow-ups.

Settings

Relations → Settings holds SMTP for relation and bulk mail if you separate it from band-wide preferences, plus a test connection button.

When something goes wrong

Bulk mail stuck — confirm SMTP in Relations or Band settings, open Bulk email campaigns, and use Send queue now.

Cannot add more relations — delete old contacts or ask your band lead about a higher plan limit.

Reminder not on dashboard — check the remind date is today or earlier and status is still pending.
